In compliance with the government policy of
"The Privatilization of Harbor Stevedoring", Hon Ming
Terminal & Stevedoring Company was established by Yang Ming
Transport Corporation at the end of 1997. The main business
is managing container terminal stevedoring. In addition to serving
Yang Ming's Kaohsiung dedicated terminals at berth No.70 and
No.120, Hon Ming has also been nominated as exclusive stevedoring
company by Maersk-Sealand for its terminal at berth No.118 and
119 since 1999.
The service we provide to carriers and customer are:
 Stevedoring
service at container terminals.
Consultation
of container terminal management and operation.
Special
cargo handling.
At present, the chairman of Hon Ming is Mr. J. S. Wang and the
president is Mr. Gordon Liu. With professional skills and excellent
performance, Hon Ming was awarded the best stevedoring company
of year 2003 from Kaohsiung Harbor Bureau.
